This organic, single origin, whole bean coffee from the Guji region of Ethiopia makes for a wonderfully vibrant, juicy cup. The blueberry fragrance and grape notes in this cup leave one feeling like they might be drinking something other than coffee... 🍷

This coffee is produced using a traditional Ethiopian natural process. Ripe cherries are sun-dried on raised beds for as long as three weeks. During this time they are handpicked and raked every 2 hours to ensure a consistent drying process. After drying, the coffee is milled.

Coffees are processed naturally to allow for more of the characteristics of the coffee cherry to impart flavor into the bean. This process also helps the producers save water, a critical natural resource.

This coffee works well across all brew methods, including espresso.

Origin: Ethiopia
Region: Guji
Producer: Guji Highland Coffee Plantation
Process: Natural / Dry Process
Elevation: 1800m-2200m
Tasting Notes: Blueberry, Grape, chocolate
