The Konga is a bright, naturally processed, organic coffee from the famous Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. This coffee is wonderfully aromatic, with notes of blueberry in the cup.
The Konga is dried on patios at the Abiyot Ageze washing station in the town of Konga. It is sun-dried as whole cherry for 2-4 weeks before being milled, bagged, and prepped for export.
