This whole bean coffee is perfect for your daily morning cup. Bold, rich, and syrupy, "the saint" showcases how specialty coffee can elevate a traditional coffee concept.
The Saint is named after Santa Laura Montoya, the only canonized saint in Colombia's history. The beautiful town of Jericó, where this coffee is grown, was the home of "Madre Laura."

Wonderful
Bold and aromatic flavor. Super fresh beans amount to a very smooth and non bitter taste. Would highly recommend for a straight black coffee or with milk.
So, my wife loves this coffee. She gets acidity from other coffees and I have to hear about it. This coffee however, is great. She loves it and drinks it a lot more. Plus I don't have to go buy Dunkin or starbucks as she loves drinking coffee at home. Saves me money and headache. I highly recommend it. The taste is great, the smell is great, and I don't have to hear about her acidity from shitty coffee anymore. WHICH IS AWESOME. Thanks coffee editor.
Pleasantly surprised by the well-balanced flavor profile of this single origin. Hinting on bursts of ripe cherries with finish of dark chocolate. This is an easy cup to enjoy for your everyday mornings.
